Alluring Legacy Construction and Design

Alluring Legacy LLC is a family owned construction company in Limon, run by Marcus and Kymberli Spencer, that builds all over Colorado. It is known for large beam pavilions and pergolas in cedar and Douglas fir, Trex composite decks warrantied up to 50 years depending on the line, and Ipe hardwood decks with a 100 year warranty. It also builds privacy fencing with composite panels between stacked stone columns on poured footings, custom homes, pole barns and shop buildings, concrete work, remodels, roofing and siding, and HVAC installation. Projects start with a visit to the property, a plan drawn to scale and a written proposal, and the crew hauls debris in its own roll offs. A workmanship warranty starts the day the finished job is walked. Rated 5.0 from 19 Google reviews, all five stars.
