O'Keefe Built Inc

O'Keefe Built builds custom decks in Parker and the greater Denver area, including multi-level, curved, rooftop and pool decks, with composite brands TimberTech, Deckorators and Trex. It also does porches, patios and pavers, pergolas, patio covers, deck railings and lighting, fire pits and outdoor kitchens, and it handles 3D design and permits. Premium decking carries a 25 to 50 year manufacturer warranty, and the company adds a 2 year warranty of its own. Financing is available. Rated 5 from 32 Google reviews, 31 of them five stars. Hideaway screens, deck lighting, accessory dwelling units, fire resistant decking and a NatureKast dealership are also listed, and a showroom can be visited. Joists are spaced 12 inches on center rather than 16 for a stronger foundation.
