Vinyl Fence Installers in Colorado

The companies below say on their websites or Maps listings that they install vinyl fence. Before you choose a height, check your city's rules.

Denver allows 4 feet in front of the house and 6 feet behind it, and any fence over 4 feet needs a zoning permit. Colorado Springs allows up to 7 feet without a building permit, and Fort Collins up to 6 feet. Above 6 feet, Fort Collins asks for a letter from a Colorado-licensed structural engineer on wind resistance under the Front Range gust map. Aurora needs no fence permit but holds fences to its design and setback standards.

Colorado law requires contacting Colorado 811 at least three business days before posts go in. In Colorado Springs, nothing taller than 3 feet may stand within 5 feet of a driveway edge, from the street to 10 feet behind the sidewalk. Ask each company about gate options and what its warranty covers.
